By booking a retreat experience through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All experience bookings must be made through our website. 

All information provided must be accurate and complete.

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

 

2. Payment

Full payment is required to secure your booking.

Payment can be made via secure online methods (credit card, PayPal, or other specified options).

Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice for new bookings.

 

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following policy:​

• 7 days or more before the retreat: full refund minus a $20 administration fee

• 2-6 days before the retreat: 50% refund

• Less than 2 days: no refund

We reserve the right to cancel an experience due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, insufficient bookings). In such cases, a full refund or transfer to another date will be offered.

 

4. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change dates or retreat packages are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee all requests.

 

5. Health & Safety

Participants must inform us of any medical conditions or mobility restrictions at the time of booking. Retreat activities may include light physical activity. Participants attend at their own risk.

 

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation. It is your responsibility to have travel insurance or personal insurance if desired.

 

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information you provide when booking (name, email, phone, health/accessibility info) is used only to manage your experience, ensure your safety, and improve our service. We do not share or sell your personal data outside what is required to run the experience.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is owned by us or licensed to us. It may not be copied or used without permission.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
