About the Land
Fell in love with this valley nearly a decade ago, and since then we’ve devoted ourselves to care for the land with intention and respect.
Living here has taught us to work with the elements; floods and bush fires.
Taught us to slow down, listen, and embrace a self-sufficient, recycling and chemical-free way of life.
It has given us a deep sense of purpose and connection that we would now like to share with others.
While much of the region is shaped by traditional beef grazing, this property has been thoughtfully reimagined for eco-tourism.
About The Property
This hidden gem sits on 63 acres in the Noosa Hinterland, yet is only 30 minutes from pristine beaches.
The mix of forest, pasture and waterways creates a natural home for an incredible variety of native birds, wildlife and water creatures.
Sustainability is simply part of life here.
Five dwellings are fully off-grid, with gravity-fed water systems and thoughtful landscaping designed to help manage both floods and fire.
We care for the land through revegetation, pasture management and rotational grazing, along with extensive recycling and bio-sewage systems.
The same philosophy flows through the buildings. Local stone, regional hardwoods, recycled iron and timber have been used wherever possible, allowing the dwellings to sit naturally within the landscape rather than compete with it.
