Relax and Connect With Nature

ZenThai Shiatsu session
We are fortunate that Nicolas Solis one of the best Zen Thai Shiatsu practitioner in Australia is living close by. ''Zenthai'' is a movement-based therapy that combines Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage, Osteopathic Techniques, and the 5 elements theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine, working with acupressure points and the meridian lines (energetic lines linked to specific organs in the body).
This type of bodywork addresses the unresolved or unintegrated emotional core (Psyche) and what ends up creating physical pain or disease (Soma).
In a Traditional 60 or 90 minutes Zen Thai session, there are high chances to transcend blockages and create spaciousness, to feel the emotions that are hiding underneath, and alleviate the load that we carry in our organs and tissues, facilitating harmonization between soul, mind & body.
Nicolas holds space for his clients in a very special way, cultivating a therapeutic container of safety, pure presence, and transformation.

It’s designed for that in-between moment when you’re not rushing to a restaurant, but you want something beautiful, nourishing, and thoughtfully made.
What’s included
A selection of slowly matured, handcrafted hard Swiss mountain-cheese, Kenilworth soft and blue varieties, local crafted cacciatorini salami, prosciutto served with local chutney, preserves or ferments, artisan crackers, organic nuts, and a mix of dried and seasonal fruit or veggies. It might change with the seasons - balanced, satisfying, and easy to enjoy in your cabin.

Learn natural horsemanship skills to catch, halter, brush, walk, wash and feed a lovely, trained Arabian. Walk in nature with the horses. (Please, note it is not horse riding)
Bring Your Horse
We have luxury accommodation for your horse as well. Olympic size arena, paddocks with lush pasture, shelter, mosquito netted stables, wash bay after a ride on the Noosa trail. We can also pick you up from any point in nearby villages with our horse float or yours.
Walk From Your Accommodation
We are in the centre of the Noosa Trail Scenic Network that links the hinterland villages of Cooran, Kin-Kin, Pomona and Cooroy. Began as animal stock routes, it is a sought-after walking, hiking, biking and horse-riding route criss-crossing private farmland and forests. A unique way to explore the Hinterland.
Tablelands look out return 6 km (Trail 2 & 3, medium hard, steep) from the accommodation or drive up to the end of Ewarts Rd and the lookout would be only 1 km return.
Cooran via Tablelands Lookout 7.5 km or 10.5 km (Trail 2 & 3, medium hard, steep)
Cooran to Pomona – add 7 km (medium)
Mount Cooroora Climb 446m, Pomona – Steep, 2-3 hrs return for the non-fit.
